The participation fee is 3.000 euro.
This amount covers the educational and technical support, the use of the special internet workspace and board and lodging during all workshops. Travel costs shall be paid by the participants.

A limited number of scholarships of 600 euro, 1.200 euro and 1.800 euro is available to reduce the financial burden of the course fees. The amount granted will depend on the individual student's financial situation.
Applicants shall demonstrate that they have the potential to achieve and to benefit from engaging in the European Online Academy.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need.
Applicants who gain the required standard of academic qualifications will be asked to complete and sign an electronic form, declaring their eligibility for a scholarship. Evidence of eligibility will be required at registration.
The academic year starts on 15 October 2007 and ends on 29 June 2008.
According to the idiom "the early bird catches the worm" we offer a 10% reduction of the course fee (3.000 €) for those who apply before 15 July 2007.
The European Online Academy is organised with the financial support of the European Commission. The certificate itself is issued by CIFE and signed by the Director General of CIFE and by Jean-Monnet-Professor W. Wessels from the University of Cologne.
24 ECTS*-credits are awarded for the successful completion of the academic year; participants can collect up to 36 ECTS-credits by choosing additional courses. for details please read the ECTS information.
