Mr Edgar Lenski

Mr. Lenski studied German, French, European and International Law at the Universities of Trier, Maastricht and Berlin (Humboldt University of Berlin). From 2000 to 2002 he worked as a researcher at the Walter Hallstein-Institute for European Constitutional Law at Humboldt University of Berlin (chair Prof. Pernice). Since 2002 he is lecturer at the law faculty of Humboldt University of Berlin and at the German-Polish Law School (Humboldt University and Uniwersytet Wroclawski). Mr. Lenski teaches since 2002 as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. 

From 2006 - 2014 he worked as a Legal Officer with the EU Law Unit of the Federal Ministry of Economics. Since 2015, he is in the European Policy DG of the Federal Chancellery of Germany. Additionally he is a permanent research fellow at the Walter Hallstein-Institute for European Constitutional Law at Humboldt University of Berlin.

Mr. Lenski lectures within the blended-learning programme jointly with Prof. Pernice on European Constitutional Law and on substantive law of European Union since 2004.
