The European Online Academy is funded by the European Union and the project is co-ordinated and organised by the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE) in close cooperation with the Jean-Monnet Chair for Political Science and European Affairs at the University of Cologne, the Eurosapienza at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", the Institute of European Policy in Berlin, the Walter-Hallstein-Institute for European Constitutional Law in Berlin, the Centre d'études et de recherches internationales in Paris and the Europa-Union Deutschland in Bonn/ Berlin.
