Socrates promoter and past President of the Socrates Commission of the University of Rome La Sapienza, with vast experience in technical assistance to developing and transition
countries (Somalia, Georgia, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Cyprus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Serbia-Montenegro) in the field of education and training, management of projects financed by the EU (Phare, TACIS, MEDA, TEMPUS
and Socrates).
