Thomas Traguth

Thomas Traguth Wessels Political Sciences Europe CIFE

Thomas Traguth M.A., M.A.E.S. MA (oxon), MA (Brugge) studied philosophy, politics and economics at the University of Oxford and European politics and administration at the College of Europe in Bruges. He has worked as a lecturer at the faculty of Social Science, Economics and Management and researcher at the Jean Monnet Chair at the University of Cologne and is currently project manager of the EU-funded Ph.D. curriculum development project PEGASUS.

His teaching and research focus is on institutional and procedural reform of the EU architecture, particularly EU agencies, as well as on theories and strategies of European integration including new theoretical approaches. He has considerable experience in teaching postgraduate students and preparing teaching materials in the context of curriculum development for the Bologna Process.
