Dr. Helgard Fröhlich

Dr. Helgard Fröhlich has been Directrice des études of the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE) since 01.10.2003.

She was assistant chairperson for Early Modern History at Humboldt-University Berlin from 1980 to 1996 (specialising in English constitutional history). From 1997 onwards she has worked for European Movement Germany (since 1999 as Deputy General Secretary). She teaches at the University of Vienna (Historical Institute).
