Cancellation from the European Online Academy

You may cancel your enrolment at any time prior to the commencement of the courses. However, you will be charged a cancellation fee:

• Cancellation before 10 October 2008: 10 % of the fee
• Cancellation before 15 December 2008: 50% of total fee
• Thereafter, no refund will be made.

Cancellation on single workshops

If you have to cancel your participation in one of the workshops, a fee will be charged in accordance to the terms and conditions of the hotel booking and of  the workshop location.
